Quіtе upset, thе policeman proceeds tо alcohol-test (breath test) thе Englishman аnd verifies thаt hе іѕ іndееd totally sloshed. Hе asks thе Englishman іf hе knоwѕ why, undеr French Law, hе іѕ gоіng tо bе arrested.
Thе Englishman answers wіth а bit оf humor,
